Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cedar Fort offers a 4-week auto-renewing subscription at a 15% discount off the one-time price. By choosing the subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Affirmative consent at checkout

When you select the Subscribe & Save option at checkout, your selection — including the 4-week renewal frequency and the 15% discounted recurring price — is clearly displayed on the product page, in your cart, and at the order summary before payment is finalized. By selecting the subscription option and completing your purchase, you affirmatively consent to recurring 4-week shipments automatically charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

Skip or pause

You can skip an upcoming shipment or pause your subscription from the same account dashboard without canceling.

Billing & renewal timing

Your card on file is charged every 4 weeks on the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Charges processed before a cancellation request was received are non-refundable, but you will still receive the shipment.

Refunds after shipment

If a renewal shipment has already gone out, our standard 30-day return policy applies — return the unopened item within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable).
